One Strategy addresses the Goal of the Implementation Section. This is the Administration strategy. ECCO uses these funds for
to pay staff that provides assistance with contracting funds, project administration, and other general duties to complete the NRP projects.
ECCO has had two staff member Scott Engel served through the planning stages and the early part of Phase One
Implementation. Erik Hansen, current staff, has served the neighborhood since October 2000.
